CA and CS firms. He has successfully completed certification course on (CSR) Corporate Social Responsibility Professionals and Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) conducted by ICSI, New Delhi.
He has professional experience of more than Twelve years in the field of Corporate
Secretarial matters, Audit and Income Tax matters.
He is a Founder Director of “Swayamspoorthy Foundation” a Section 8 company (Non-Profit Organization) which helps to undertake and implement CSR projects and charitable activities.
He is a Director of NRS Bizconsult Private Limited which provides consultancy services in the area of secretarial, taxation and HR related activities.
